With over 8 years of experience in Sustainability & ESG consulting, I support organisations across Europe — from multinational corporations to agile independent businesses. My background includes nearly six years at B Lab, leading complex sustainability certification processes, and almost three years running my independent practice, Matterhorn Strategies.
At B Lab, I was the lead advisor for over 10 multinational organisations (€100M–€5B), managing multi-entity certification and stakeholder engagement. I oversaw global certification programmes, including process design, governance, forecasting, and capacity planning across regions.
Today, through Matterhorn Strategies, I guide companies on CSRD readiness, ESRS implementation, ESG reporting, and B Corp certification, including the latest B Lab standards. I work closely with leadership teams on double materiality assessments and sustainability strategy.
